I think the most important thing for changing people’s hearts and minds about accessibility is to remind them that accessibility is about them.
Make it about actual people… Personal stories or creating inclusive user personas helps make people see this as a need instead of just a “nice to have

We need people to understand that accessibility is not a burden….It’s a benefit in the way that you make design more usable for everyone.

Within accessibility, there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and the code should reflect this idea.
